Quality Policy


The policy of Haydon Mechanical & Electrical is to provide its customers with services that comply in all respects with the requirements contained in its customer's specifications and orders.

Haydon Mechanical and Electrical believe quality to be inherent in all aspects of its work and the organisation, methods and procedures adopted operate this policy in the most effective way possible.

Operation of quality policy and procedures

All policies and procedures relating to Quality assurance operated by Haydon Mechanical & Electrical are issued with the authority of the Managing Director and are maintained by the manager of Quality Assurance.

Responsibility for quality is incumbent upon all management, staff and operatives in their various spheres of operation and it is the specific duty of all Department Heads, Contract Managers and Supervisors to ensure that all procedures relevant to their work are adhered to.
