Biofuels are renewable, meaning their sources can be regrown. Advanced biofuels can offer environmental benefits such as lower carbon emissions and lower sulphur compared with first-generation biofuels and conventional petroleum-based fuels

These fuels may be used in direct combustion for heat generating purposes such as boilers, or used as a fuel in combustion engines for combined heat and power installations. Glycerine-based combined heat and power installations are of particular interest as they use the by-product of biodiesel production, which itself is commonly manufactured from used cooking oils.

We have extensive experience in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and operation of biofuel plant.
