Combined mechanical, public health and electrical infrastructure fit-out works for a new pathology building and a 600-bed hospital complex. The £16 million contract included M&E and plumbing fastrack installations, and infrastructure services to the buildings including plant rooms, distribution cabling, pipework and ductwork. We also supplied and installed features such as light fittings, radiators, radiant panels and fan coil units.

The pathology block comprises offices, mortuary, helipad, haematology unit and biochemistry, cytology and cancer laboratories. Our work in the main building concerned the plant rooms and distribution pipework.
